Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground beef
1 lb. Sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
6 oz. Cream cheese, softened
3 Large eggs
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Seasoning salt
2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Keep the ground beef in the skillet brown, add salt and pepper to taste well. After that, drain any excess fat from the beef and leave it.
In the skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter on a medium heat on the stove, and add the mushroom to the skillet until it becomes soft.
Mix the minced garlic, seasoning salt, parsley, and pepper for it to taste, and leave for a few minutes.
Blend together the cream cheese and eggs in a food processor or blender until it is smooth.
After then, pour the cream cheese sauce over the ground beef, and place the cream cheese sauce mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
Add mushrooms to it at the top of the meat mixture, and let it bake for 20 minutes. You can garnish with parmesan when it’s done and serve hot.
