When employees spotted a litter of small kittens hiding in a factory, they immediately phoned Edgar’s Mission, a local rescue organization, and they were swiftly dispatched to the location.
It took a few hours and a lot of patience, but they were eventually safe and sound; the only problem was that they couldn’t locate the mother cat.
They looked everywhere in the workplace for their mother, but she was nowhere to be found.
Meanwhile, the little kittens were transported to the refuge for the necessary care and attention.
Soon later, someone at the factory noticed the mother cat, and they raced back with traps in the hopes that she was still there.
It didn’t take long to locate her; she appeared to be concerned about her kittens. They were able to apprehend her and return her to the sanctuary, where she was reunited with her family. Her relief at being reunited with her children was palpable.
